We cannot guarantee that the Online Course Services will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Online Course Services, you should report it to [email protected] and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Cancellation and refunds are available for subscribers to the Online Course Services only within three business days of starting the course. If you need to request a refund for whatever reason, please contact [email protected]. It is not possible to cancel or postpone your course, apart from under the circumstances above.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: By purchasing a subscription to one of our courses, you have full permission to use our proprietary information for your own business. You do not have permission to teach or sell them as part of your own programs, including services geared at the implementation of our systems. Regenerative Waste Labs Inc. reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses that we consider are for commercial concerns. If you want approval to use any Regenerative Waste Labs Inc. intellectual property in any way, please email [email protected] with "IP" in the subject line with an explanation of what you want to use and how. We will review each request and respond to you in writing.
INTERNATIONAL USE: We make no promise that content in the Online Course Services is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Canada. If you choose to access the Online Course Services from locations outside Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION: We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
